  To give this complex anything less than a 5 would be disingenuous.
  
  Friendly and attentive office staff who are easy to reach either via email, phone, or even the very unique online community board they provide. These are professionals who treat their job with respect and pride and always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home.
  
  Maintenance staff does a fantastic job taking care of problems quickly and efficiently with great courtesy and they do a lovely job of keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. Any maintenance issues you may have can easily be taken care of by submitting an online ticket which helps you keep track of the fix and alleviates any worries of a work order going unseen.
  
  The location speaks for itself with the pictures. Highlands Ranch is a relatively new area which has been trending across the nation has one of the most livable areas to reside in. Crime is practically non-existent and everything from the roadways, to the flora and fauna are impeccable. Creekside is mere minutes away from great schools, entertainment, beautiful trails, and of course numerous options for getting your groceries and all the needs of life. You are no more than 15 minutes away from entering the mountains and both Denver and Aurora are no more than 30 minutes away which you can easily get to by jumping on the entrance to e470 which is right down the street.
  
  The apartments themselves have fantastic inside decor with beautiful counters, flooring, and top of the line oven/stove, laundry, and dish washing units. I have seen reviews complain about the price, but I can't help but feel these are reviewers who do not understand the concept of luxury living. If you are hoping to pay $875 a month for your apartment, then be prepared to live in an area with high crime rates, congested traffic, and worn out and disgusting apartment furnishing. These are luxury apartments and you are paying fairly for that luxury.
  
  The pool area and gym are also fantastic amenities with a beautiful view of the golf course which the apartment complex sits alongside. The equipment is constantly cleaned and you have something for every muscle group within the gym.
  
  Altogether, I can not emphasize enough how happy my wife, myself and our dog ( very dog friendly!) have been here and I highly recommend you consider Creekside to become your future home. Safe travels!

  My husband and I were interest in renting an apartment. After waiting for five minutes in the waiting area, no one coming out to help us, we walked into the office and were immediately greeted with a “what’s up?”. I explained we were interested in looking at a two bedroom, two bathroom and instead of showing us floor plans, she began throwing prices at us asking if that was doable. I laughed and said we currently rent for more than that. She never made eye contact, had an attitude, and made us feel like we couldn’t afford the $1700 a month rent. We walked out. Not sure the woman’s name but she looked like Cruella Deville
  Shocking treatment for a “premier town”.
