  Really disappointed in my Mother's Day lunch/dinner :( I've been to Red Robin's across the nation and this one takes the cake for worst food which I thought would be hard to do considering it's a corporation and should be fairly the same across the board. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years myself, I figured going at 4pm would be a safe bet. After lunch hours but before the dinner rush and when we arrived the restaurant was quiet as expected but ironically we had a 5-10 minute wait. Which didn't bother me one bit. What did bother me was my cold fries and the thumbprints in my sandwich with avocado all over it. Not to mention, I could count the number of sweet potato fries, that's how few there were. I was hesitant to send it back because it took so long to get 1 burger and 1 cold sandwich to begin with. However, once sent back, my plate came out much more presentable but there was nothing special about my meal. One I've had many times from there. My daughter's pasta was barely luke warm and dry. Our server was friendly but seemed to have gotten caught up in a larger party than our little family of 4. The inside was dated and not very clean, including the restrooms. I didn't see a manager once so that may have something to do with it. Overall, not worth returning to.

  Tried to go for dinner on a Tuesday night around 7:30pm with snow on the ground. Not a busy night for dining out. Was met with a restaurant full of open tables and a lobby full of people waiting 15+ minutes to be seated. After waiting 10 minutes and witnessing another customer's confrontation with the manager (who could care less) over waiting so long for a table, we asked if it was open seating in the bar area. Went in and multiple tables were dirty and had not been wiped down. The whole restaurant smelled as though they were having trouble with the sewer line and had tried to cover the smell with cheap cleaning chemicals. (Floral and sewer smells do not mix well.) We left and went to CB Potts instead. Disappointed.
