  I was tremendously disappointed with my experience with Sandy Puc Photography. We ordered the Bebe package for my second child on the recommendation of friends who had worked with Sandy. At our first session, we were surprised to find out we had instead been scheduled with Sandy's associate. Everyone was very nice, but the quality of the work was not great. The session was short and the photos we had to chose from were limited. We had had newborn photos done (in a similar price range) for my first child when we were living in Seattle and the experience was totally different - the photographer spent ample time working with our child to capture beautiful moments. Sandy Puc's photos were rushed and underwhelming. We purchased photos only because we knew we would never get those moments back again.
  
  Our experience went from bad to worse. We were then told we needed to pay more to "upgrade" to a photo package by Sandy (despite never having been told this at the original booking). Then, Sandy's schedule did not allow us to keep our photo session on schedule and so we missed one of the sessions. Sandy did call me and was very professional and offered a family session in return. We proceeded with this and again were surprised that the majority of our photo session was run by an associate. The photos were underwhelming. The office repeatedly confused our order.
  
  I strongly recommend going elsewhere for a good family photographer.
