  Consistently inconsistent!!
  Rude and short teller today. Would not assist me. Keeler helped and saved the day. Tried calling the branch three times and got the automated system because they were to busy to answer. Left a mssg for the Branch Manager and he "never got the mssg".
  Maybe it's just me but answering the phone on speakerphone is very unprofessional, especially when I explain I had an issue with my visit today. Essentially he notified me Keeler put his job on the line by helping me but then proceeded to say since they're so inconsistent I could probably find another teller to do it again for me. What?!?
  Keeler was awesome and has been for several visits, I think he needs to find a new bank. I will too.
